Residential Service Plan
What's included: Two planned maintenance visits per year (one each heating and cooling season), priority emergency response, and 15% discount on all labor and parts.
Planned Maintenance — What We Inspect
Each visit includes a thorough inspection and tune-up. No repairs are made without your approval.
Electrical & Mechanical systems
Voltage and amperage checks, Electrical connections, Contactors and relays, Fan limit switch, Blower assembly and motors, Pulleys and belts,
Refrigeration & Cooling systems check
Refrigerant level check, Indoor and condenser coils, Condensate drain and pump, Suction and discharge pressures, Check for visible refrigerant leaks
Heating Components systems check
Heat exchanger inspection, Burner inspection and cleaning, Flue and venting check, Thermostat calibration, Filter inspection and replacement

Commercial Service Plan
What's included: Four quarterly planned maintenance visits per year, priority emergency response, discounts on all repairs, and annual chemical cleaning of evaporator and condensing coils.
